Andrew Speaker is the Owner and Managing Partner of Andrew H. Speaker, P.C.. Mr. Speaker received his undergrad from the University of Georgia in Finance as well as his Juris Doctorate from UGA. While in law school, he was involved in numerous trial advocacy competitions and won the national Mock Trial competition. He is still actively involved in helping out teaching new lawyers trial advocacy skills.
After working for both the Athens-Clarke County District Attorney's Office and the Fulton County DA's office he chose to go into civil practice focusing on trial work. Following his admission to the bar, he expanded his experience to encompass many areas of civil litigation, to include divorces, custody, legitimation and other family law arenas. Mr. Speaker found his passion to be family law and domestic litigation cases, and has focused his practice accordingly. Mr. Speaker has years of real courtroom experience in the family law arena. He has tried contested matters involving issues such as domestic violence, child custody, child support, alimony, equitable division of marital property, and contempt actions in both Georgia's Superior and Juvenile courts.
